Analyst Program Timeline
Fall Semester
During their first semester in the program, analysts take part in weekly sessions covering core real estate concepts and Excel modeling. Supplemental training like mock interviews are also incorporated to keep analysts engaged and prepared. The semester concludes with a case competition, giving analysts the chance to put their skills to the test against fellow classmates.

During winter break, each analyst works through an independent case study. This process highlights individual strengths and areas for improvement, helping shape their focus for the semester ahead.
